BIG BANG THEORY VS THE OFFICE?

I just got caught up with How I Met Your Mother

Now I need a new series to watch ... I've downloaded the first 3
seasons of The Office, and the first season of The Big Bang Theory. I
heard Big Bang Theory is a very "smart funny" kind of show and I am
smart so yee.. lol is there anyone that watches both and can tell me
which series I should get caught up with first, or both?
